Chris Walters - Director of Catering
Chris has over 17 years of hospitality experience managing Convention Centers in Texas, Louisiana, & Colorado.  He has extensive knowledge of event creation, planning, coordination and management.  He created and developed wedding events, including Southern Colorado's largest Bridal Show.  Chris is dedicated to exceeding expectations and high guest service & satisfaction.

 

Constanze Strader - Social Catering Manager
Constanze is a Marriott Certified Wedding planner with over 8 years hospitality experience planning corporate, social,  Wedding events.  Born in Historical Florence, Italy, she moved to Germany when she was two and emograted to the United States in 1988.  Constanze is fluent in German and English and proficient in Italian.  She prides herself as being very detail oriented and strives to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

 

Anthony Hilty - Executive Chef
Chef Hilty has over 30 years of hospitality experience, beginning at the young age of 18 working as a Sous Chef for Hilton Hotels.  He trained at the most exclusive, private clubs and restaurants in Denver; including The Denver Country Club, The Petroleum Club, and The Metropolitan Club.  He actively participates in all Culinary benefits within the community, winning the Best of Show and People's Choice award at the 2006 March of Dimes Chef's Gala.  He was also honored in 2007Won Best of Show at the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce "Taste of The Chamber"
